BRIEF
Justin from TWF was keen to create a content piece that showed his fitness inside and outside the gym. Although his main request was a hype reel for socials, outside of the video content above we also captured lifestyle content of Justin training clients which he will use when his personal training business launches.
EXECUTION
With a very loose brief & lucky weather, we opted to film in dramatic light for the outdoor shots, shooting a sunrise to dramatize the content piece. An easy way to add production value to the gym content was to set-up some small lighting elements which made what was realistically a small social piece feel more like a big scale campaign piece. We captured 90% of the content handheld to give a raw, realistic feel to the video.
