BEEHIVES ACROSS THE MOST DENSE URBAN AREAS IN NEW ZEALAND

BRIEF

As fans of the work that Bees Up Top do, we wanted to highlight their work and business and provide them with video content they could use for social and online promotion.

EXECUTION

We decided to film during sunrise on one of Auckland’s highrise buildings, and we got a great opportunity to capture the existing hives on top of Air NZ’s building. Using Canon C70 and Sirui anamorphic lenses, we created a peaceful and cinematic clip showcasing what a beekeeper might do when tending to these hives.
